These terms and conditions regulate and apply to all sales made from www.los3ositos.com.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms of sale. If you wish, you can print a copy of this document for future reference and your knowledge.
To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to participate in these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any applicable law or regulation in your case.
Los3ositos guarantees the originality and quality of all its products. All products will come with their respective labels.
Once the desired product is selected, the price will be displayed in Euros and includes VAT.
The price will be the same for everyone. The final price shown includes shipping costs.
At Los3ositos, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If the garment you receive is not the correct size, not what you expected, or you simply change your mind, you can return the item to us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Once received at our store, we will check that the garment is in the same condition as when it was shipped and we will refund your purchase money, deducting the shipping costs (round trip) (depending on the weight, the value of the shipping costs may vary), in the same way you made the payment within a period of 3 to 12 days from the date you delivered it to the post office. In case of returns outside the deadline, the company will not refund the amount.
Exception: Products that are out of stock, as the product is sold by order, do not allow for a money refund. You will receive an email indicating that the product is out of stock. The customer will have 24 hours to cancel the order if they do not wish to proceed with the order. If it does not suit you, it can be returned within 14 days, and a non-expiring store credit will be issued (deducting round-trip shipping costs)In the case of communion dresses or suits that are made expressly for the customer, returns are not possible.

Product Inspection: Upon receiving a returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to assess its condition. If the product is found to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, options for repair, replacement, or refund will be offered according to our policies and applicable warranty.
Return of Dirty or Damaged Products by the Customer: If the product is returned in a dirty condition or with damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer an alternative solution, such as a store credit. This is because products must be returned in their original condition, without alterations or damage that is not attributable to a manufacturing defect or transportation issues.
Communication and Documentation: In all return cases, it is important to maintain clear and open communication with the customer. A clear explanation of our decision will be provided to the customer, and it will be properly documented to maintain accurate and transparent records.
Legal Compliance: Our return policies will comply with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in Spain. These policies will not affect the customer's legal rights under current legislation.
